**Instructions:**


1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, garam masala, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.


2. Cut slits into the chicken breasts to allow the marinade to penetrate. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to marinate.


3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If you don't have a grill, you can also use a grill pan or broil the chicken in the oven.


4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.


5. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (75°C).


6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.



7. Garnish the chicken tandoori with fresh cilantro leaves, if desired, and serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the chicken before eating.
